Barry Briggs

My name is Barry Briggs. I’m a Usability specialist and am interested in making websites easier to use. This is my portfolio site.

I’ve been working in the internet industry for over 10 years, and am lucky enough to have spent the last few years helping my employers make better websites.

I currently work full-time for these lovely people in Manchester, England. I’ve been there since May 2008 and in that time I’ve worked on dozens of large websites for many household names, and have assembled quite a body of work, some of which have won awards!

This website contains what I think are the highlights of that work.

Currently working on:

  • Customer and stakeholder research for Hillarys Blinds
  • Tree-testing new product navigation for Travis Perkins
  • Wireframing a new NUS Extra card micro-site
  • Usability testing the current SeaWorld Parks website
  • Usability testing the new Oxfam GB Shop site
