My name is Barry Briggs. I'm a User Experience specialist interested in making websites easier to use. This is my portfolio site.

I've been working in the internet industry for over 14 years, and am lucky enough to have spent the last few years helping to make websites better.

Last year I moved to Amaze in Manchester, England, after working with the great people at Code Computerlove for four years. In that time I've worked on dozens of large websites, many of them household names, and I've assembled quite a body of work. Some of my work has won awards! This website contains what I think are the highlights.

Currently working on:
  • Ecommerce solutions localised for ASICS Japan, ASICS Europe and ASICS Australia
  • Desktop and Mobile Ecommerce solutions for Phones 4u

Process Flows
Similar to User Journeys but the emphasis here is on a complete picture of the information flow through the system rather than just focusing on the user's journey. More

Wireframes
Frequently these wireframes are also developed into interactive "prototype" pages which can trigger emotional engagement in stake-holders by showing how a site will look and feel, [...] More

Interaction Design
It doesn’t matter how pretty something may look if you cannot work with it, it does not respond how you thought it would, or you don’t understand why it just did what it did. Whether [...] More
